The Trappist beers.
Trappist beer, or Trappist for short, is beer brewed by Trappists, monks of the Cistercian order. It is therefore not a type of beer, as is often thought, but a description of its origin. The name “Trappist” is derived from the French abbey from which the Trappist order takes its name: Abbey Notre-Dame de la Grande Trappe.
According to the rules of the International Trappist Association (IVT), the requirements to bear the name “trappist” and its logo are “Authentic Trappist Product.” There are 10 trappist breweries worldwide: five in Belgium, two in the Netherlands, one in Austria, one in Italy and one in England.
The first human being.
Human evolution is the biological process by which modern humans arose from previously living primates, and is the subject of study by several scientific disciplines. Paleoanthropology, anthropology and genetics, all three falling under biological anthropology, are the most important in this regard.
The term human, in the context of human evolution, refers to the genus Homo, part of the family of hominidae (humanoids). A study of human evolution usually includes the other Hominidae, such as the gorillas, chimpanzees and Australopithecus.
